Vietnamese coffee is to die for, though we tended to dodge the ubiquitous sweetened, condensed milk.Boiling water slowly dripping through the perforated bottom of this metal basket, the coffee comes out thicker and stronger than espresso. Speaking of bottoms, the most gourmet type of coffee is called weasel...yup, the beans are fed to weasels, who poop them out whole. Now that's the shit! ;)
